Just Coffee began not with a plan to open a café, but with a search for something smaller.

At the time, we were based in Chester, running a videography business and looking to downsize our office space. During that search, we stumbled across a beautiful building with exposed brickwork and original beams—full of character and possibility. Instantly, it felt like more than just an office.

The space naturally lent itself to something bigger: a creative hub that could house our studio, a welcoming coffee shop, and a co-working space where people could connect, create, and collaborate.

As we spent more time in the building, our love for coffee grew alongside the vision. Coffee became more than a drink—it became a way to bring people together. We reached out to passionate coffee enthusiasts who shared our values, our curiosity, and our desire to create something special.

That’s how Just Coffee was born: from a chance discovery, a growing passion, and a community-first mindset. What started as an office became a space for conversation, creativity, and really good coffee.
